Palma’s first drive-in cinema has already opened its doors this weekend with the screening of the first of the fourteen films planned in its programme. The Autocine Mallorca initiative, promoted by MovieScreens Spain and OK Mobility in partnership with the Evolution Film Festival, combines culture and mobility to offer the audience of the island the best leisure plan comfortably and safely.
Located in Son Güells, on a plot behind the Estadio Balear owned by OK Mobility, and hosting up to a hundred cars, this new project will offer from May 28 to June 10 the screening of 14 films in different languages that viewers can enjoy from their own vehicles’ seats. The screen measures 16×8 metres and has a quality similar to that of cinemas.
At OK Mobility, we are committed to culture once more, this time in an innovative way and also in Mallorca, our birthplace and where our headquarters currently are.
