OK Mobility has successfully held its first two financial Roadshows, organized this month together with our collaborating banks to present our company to investors from the MARF. In this way, we held the first edition for our Madrid-based bond investors, hand in hand with Bankinter Investment, and the second in Lisbon, specifically at the headquarters of Banco Finantia.
Thanks also to PKF Attest and Banco Sabadell for their collaboration in both editions, which we have carried out in line with our commitment to strengthen transparency and dialogue with our fixed income investors.
Our CEO, Othman Ktiri, alongside Francisco Muñoz, Chief Financial Officer, and Silvia Sánchez, Investor Relations & ESG Director, have led our participation in these Roadshows, which allow us to continue professionalizing our company and expanding our investor base in the MARF.
We registered our first promissory note program on the MARF in 2021. Since then, we have continued to expand it, reinforcing our commitment to the capital markets.
