OKMobility has been part of the “Breakfast with businesses” organised by the Balearic Association of People with Physical Disabilities (Asprom) with the aim of exchanging views on the current situation of access to the labour market for people with disabilities.
As a result of the collaboration agreement that we have maintained with this entity since 2019, our colleagues from the Department of People andCulture have attended this meeting in which topics such as the strategies andmethodologies used by the participating companies to face the health crisis have been discussed. There has also been talk about those personal skills that need to be developed in this new situation, among which adaptation to change and digitalisation stand out.
At OKMobility we have been working to be an active part of this development process, demonstrating our commitment and social responsibility with the aim of promoting diversity and the integration of people with disabilities inthe workplace.
