As part of OK Christmas - the programme of initiatives we have launched for the OK Team this Christmas season - our Headquarters teams have enjoyed a different and inspiring experience through an inclusive dance workshop, organised in collaboration with Fundación Eurofirms.
The session was led by two professional dancers, Rossana and Jan, a couple who represent the spirit of overcoming challenges, since Rossana, a deaf dancer, has reached the highest level in the competition of sport dance together with Jan, going on to be crowned runners-up of Spain in ballroom dancing, competing on equal terms with non-disabled dancers. A story that proves that barriers do not exist when there is talent, effort and passion.
Beyond enabling OK Team members to approach dance as a sport, this workshop has also reinforced key values such as diversity, inclusion and teamwork.
