OK Mobility hosted a series of sessions at its headquarters for Store Managers from across the organisation, with several sessions held over several days, focusing on role development and team leadership.
These training sessions have enabled them to update and reinforce operational and management knowledge, as well as to deepen processes and strategic tools for the Stores’ day-to-day operations. The sessions have also included dynamics aimed at continuing to promote OK Attitude as the driving force of our culture, with the aim of transferring that focus to their respective teams and continuing to elevate our customers' experience.
