We remain committed to initiatives that reinforce the connection between teams and the business knowledge within. For this reason, we have launched OK SWAP, an exchange programme that allows Corporate-based people to experience the Store’s daily operations at Palma de Mallorca Airport.
Through this experience, participants can better understand the processes, dynamics, and challenges of the operational environment, gaining a more comprehensive vision of the business. This programme was created with the objective of bringing the different areas of the company closer together, encouraging empathy between teams, and aligning decision-making with operational reality. In addition, it creates a shared learning space that supports professional development and strengthens corporate culture.
