Faithful to our commitment to labour inclusion and support, at OK Mobility we join Adecco Foundation’s Plan Familia: a guidance and intervention programme for people with disabilities.
It is a plan whose main objective is to work comprehensively with people with disabilities, their families and their environment so that they can achieve maximum autonomy, social inclusion and access to the labour market.
The Plan Familia is a national project, thanks to the different delegations and offices that the Adecco Foundation has throughout Spain to serve people with disabilities and their families should they wish to join the programme.
Thanks to this membership, OK Team family members with disabilities will be able to participate in the programme and will have the help of professional experts in disability to improve their development, autonomy and labour inclusion.
