To promote talent development within our company, we have held the first edition of the Leaders in Motion project.
An internal programme that has brought together Mobility Advisors, Team Leaders and Store Coordinators from several of our OK Stores, both nationally and internationally, at our headquarters in Palma, where they have participated in the selection phase of a development programme designed to prepare them as future Store Managers.
