OK Mobility continues to expand its The Showroom project, its concept for exhibiting and selling nearly new vehicles to private customers, which has become one of the strategic cornerstones of its remarketing division. On this occasion, the global mobility platform inaugurates a new space in OK Village, the logistics centre in Calonge de Segarra (Barcelona), where the company has been storing and reconditioning its vehicle fleet since 2021.
With this opening, OK Mobility now operates seven The Showroom locations across Spain - in Mallorca, Jaén, Cuenca, Bilbao and now Barcelona -consolidating a sales model that is gaining presence and relevance in the private vehicle market. A network that combines its own spaces with others, operated by local partners already established in the automotive sector who have joined the project by adapting their facilities to OK Mobility's The Showroom standards.
The new The Showroom has been designed to offer a distinctive, agile and transparent purchasing experience. Its integration within OK Village's logistics facilities enables direct connection between the reconditioning, quality control, and vehicle preparation processes and the display and final delivery to the customer. This operational design, rooted in efficiency and innovation, optimises management times and reinforces the company’s signature quality standards.
During the inauguration event, Iván Meléndez, Business CEO of OK Mobility, highlighted that “the opening of this The Showroom marks yet another step in consolidating a network of points of sale that continues to expand across Spain.” We keep working to deliver high quality mobility solutions, always putting our customers at the centre of our business model".
Xavier Nadal, mayor of Calonge de Segarra, stressed that "this project is an important step forward for the area. It is an honour for our municipality to host such a large-scale facility, which boosts economic activity and generates new job opportunities".
The addition of this new The Showroom is part of OK Mobility's commercial strategy, which combines a growing physical network with a rapidly developing digital model. In fact, more than 50% of deliveries to individuals are already 100% online, both through the website and the company's mobile application.
This combination makes it possible to offer a flexible, accessible shopping experience adapted to new consumer needs, reaffirming OK Mobility's commitment to modern, efficient and connected mobility.
