OK Mobility, the global mobility platform, introduces OK Delivery, a new concept of personalised vehicle delivery and return. This solution allows users to access their vehicle without the need to visit a physical office.
This launch is part of the evolving demand for mobility solutions that are increasingly dynamic, where immediacy and adaptability to each travel context make the difference. In this context, OK Mobility continues to expand its offering with services that prioritise efficiency and optimise customers’ time.
OK Delivery allows customers to choose how,when and where they want to access their vehicle. The service includes different options, from delivery and pick-up at the same location —such as home, hotel or an agreed meeting point— to mixed options combining pick-up or return at a Store with a personalised location. The entire vehicle delivery process can be tracked via mobile, enabling customers to gain time and convenience from the very beginning.

The service is currently available in six destinations across Spain: Palma de Mallorca, Madrid, Ibiza, Barcelona, Málaga and Alicante, with plans for gradual expansion into new international markets where the company already operates.
With this new addition, OK Mobility expands the possibilities of the traditional rental model, offering customers new ways to access mobility aligned with the evolution of the sector.
