OK Mobility and RCD Mallorca celebrate the conclusion of their sponsorship relationship at the end of the current season, thus closing a period of nearly ten years. In this way, both entities complete a cycle that began in 2017, during which the strategic objectives established at the outset of the agreement have been achieved.
During this time, OK Mobility has been one of the club’s main sponsors, supporting RCD Mallorca both on and off the field over nine consecutive seasons. The company has facilitated mobility for players and management, while also maintaining a continuous presence on the first team’s shirt sleeve, becoming part of the club’s recent history and its fanbase.
Beyond the sporting sphere, this partnership has been defined by a deep connection based on shared values such as effort, perseverance, resilience, and commitment to the land where both were born. Over the years, the collaboration has allowed OK Mobility to strengthen its bond with Mallorcan society, bringing the brand closer to the island’s residents and consolidating a relationship built on proximity, trust, and a sense of belonging.
Othman Ktiri, Executive Chairman and Founder of OK Mobility, shared: “The beginning of this journey together was driven by a strong commitment to Mallorcan society. Since then, our brand has been present at every stage of the club. For us, it has been a true honour to be part of this story and to feel aligned with the Mallorcan identity and the values represented by RCD Mallorca.”
“If I had to define the end of this cycle, I would sum it up in one clear idea: mission accomplished. We leave with the satisfaction of having delivered on our goals, both from a social and communications perspective, supporting the club through key moments: from relegation to Segunda División B to promotion to LaLiga and reaching the Copa del Rey final,” Ktiri adds.
For his part, Alfonso Díaz, Corporate CEO of RCD Mallorca, stated: “It has been nearly ten years of constant learning alongside OK Mobility, during which we have shared challenges, successes, and a very significant evolution for both parties. We have grown together, connecting with the island and its people in a way that goes far beyond sponsorship. We feel deeply gratefulfor everything we have experienced along this journey.”
The relationship has also gone beyond the sporting sphere, generating synergies within the business and social environment. OK Mobility has been part of the RCD Mallorca BusinessClub, has collaborated with theFundació Reial Mallorca on various social initiatives, actively contributing to the club’s positive impact on the community, and has one of its captains, Abdón Prats, as its brand ambassador.
With this announcement, OK Mobility brings to a close a chapter defined by its commitment to sport, its place of origin, and a key institution in Mallorca’s identity, ending a cycle of nearly a decade marked by growth, learning, and connection with the island.
