Jun 21, 2022

OK Mobility exponentially accelerates its international expansion in the main European tourist destinations with the entry into two new countries: Montenegro and Serbia. Specifically, the global mobility company opens three new OK Stores, two at the airport in the Montenegrin cities of Podgorica and Tivat; and a third inside the airport of the Serbian capital, Belgrade, and it does so through the franchise model, as it has been operating in Greece and Malta.

Podgorica airport, with 1.3 million passengers in 2019, is the main airfield in Montenegro for both passengers and operations. And in the case of the Tivat airport, it is the second in the country by traffic volume and with 1.3 million passengers in 2019. For its part, the Belgrade airport, the most important in Serbia, received more than 6 million passengers in 2019.

The OK Mobility’s Expansion Director, Víctor Gómez, celebrated that “two new countries have joined the list of destinations where OK Mobility is present and, once again, in very popular tourist locations, a sector in which we have great experience and that will allow us to meet the demands of our customers with all the guarantees”.

For his part, the CEO of OK Mobility, Othman Ktiri, has shown how proud he is for OK “togo from having OK Stores only in Spain in just three years to currently having more than 50 Stores in 10 European countries. A growth that in this case is together with an experienced local partner that has trusted OK Mobility and that demonstrates our brand’s strength at an international level. An expansion that we are carrying out in a sustainable and efficient manner, 25 % of our revenues now come from outside of Spain. Our #OKontheRoad plan alsocontemplates continuing to expand to new countries both inside and outside Europe”.

With these new openings OK Mobility is already present in 10 European countries: Spain, Portugal, Italy, Germany, France, Greece, Malta and Croatia, now joined by Montenegro and Serbia.

Car rental reservations in Podgorica, Tivat and Belgrade are now possible through okmobility.com.
