OK Mobility continues its expansion in the French market by opening a new OK Store in Bordeaux. This latest milestone marks a significant step in our international expansion in France.
The new OK Store is located inside Bordeaux-Mérignac Airport, which had more than 6.6 million passengers in 2023. It joins last year's openings in Nice and Lyon. In this sense, and after the brand’s positive welcome from French and foreign customers in Nice and Lyon, we have decided to expand our operations in the capital of Gironde.
Famous for its world-renowned vineyards, Bordeaux has experienced a surge in popularity in recent years thanks to its cultural and gastronomic offerings. Its rich architectural history makes it the city with the second most UNESCO-protected buildings in France. According to data from the Bordeaux Tourist and Convention Bureau, Spanish tourists lead the ranking of foreign tourists to the city, followed by the British and Germans.
The opening of the new OK Store in Bordeaux is part of our ambitious #OKontheRoad Plan, whose main objective is to boost our international presence and the scope of our mobility services. We currently have a network of over 70 OK Stores in 15 countries and an annual traffic of more than 3 million users.
