OK Mobility, the global mobility platform, has announced its partnership with Mallorca 312 to be Title Sponsor for the second consecutive year. This competition, which will take place on 27 April in Playa de Muro, brings together 8,500 cyclists every year, and hence has become one of the most important races on the European scene.
After several editions being an official mobility partner of the race, last year OK Mobility consolidated its support to this renowned competition, which was renamed Mallorca 312 OK Mobility. In this edition, besides maintaining its name, OK Mobility once again makes its fleet of vehicles available to the organisation to cover the mobility needs of the event.
Furthermore, this edition will see the OK Mobility Team taking part, comprising nine professional cyclists and led by Alberto Contador, one of the most outstanding cyclists in the history of this sport, with two Giro d'Italia (2008 and 2015), two Tour de France (2007 and 2009) and three Vuelta a España (2008, 2012 and 2014).
The CEO of Mallorca 312 OK Mobility, Xisco Lliteras, has expressed his satisfaction at once again having the support of the mobility platform as its main sponsor and has highlighted that "the role that OK Mobility is playing in the Mallorcan sports field is remarkable, demonstrating a genuine commitment to local sport and its athletes. It is essential for businesspeople to recognise sport as a means of fostering healthy values and habits. In this regard, Othman Ktiri, CEO of OK Mobility, has shown an understanding of this key aspect, and we are grateful for their shared vision."
He also added that: "The partnership with OK Mobility reflects our shared sense of responsibility for a more responsible and environmentally committed future and gives us the opportunity to raise the standards of quality and guarantee in our race, allowing us to offer our participants an even more exceptional experience.”
For his part, Othman Ktiri, CEO of OK Mobility, has assured that: "We are thrilled to ride for another year with the Mallorca 312 OK Mobility. As a Mallorcan company, we are proud to collaborate with sporting events that, while having a global reach, promote responsible sport and tourism committed to our local environment”. “In addition, as pointed out by the organisation of the race itself, beyond the ideal natural and geographical conditions, Mallorca offers various services that are essential to ensure the success of the competition", concludes Ktiri.
On 24 April, the OK Mobility headquarters in Palma will become the official delivery point for all local participants. This meeting will be attended by the cyclist Annemiek van Vleuten, one of the best cyclists in history retired since 2023, as special guest and honorary number 312 of this edition.
In addition, as a novelty this year, and to improve the overall experience of the participants, OK Mobility has enabled the delivery of bibs at its OK Store at Palma Airport from 24 to 26 April, so that national and international participants who have booked a vehicle can pick up their bib at the same time.
In its fourteen years of history, great cyclists such as Miguel Indurain, Vincenzo Nibali, Alberto Contador, Perico Delgado, Sean Kelly, Ivan Basso, Jan Ullrich, Horrillo, Joseba Beloki, Purito Rodríguez and Oscar Freire have been part of the Mallorca 312 OK Mobility. The expectation for this edition is high, having sold out its 8,500 registrations in just 6 minutes, which demonstrates the enormous success of this competition at an international level.
With this collaboration, OK Mobility continues to strengthen its firm involvement with sport in general, and cycling in particular, in line with the sporting values that the company also represents.
