Othman Ktiri, Chairman and CEO of the group, said: "I feel very fortunate for the creation of a board of such a high level that I will have the great honour to chair. I could never have imagined when I started out 20 years ago that one day so much talent would come together to serve OK Mobility. On behalf of OK Mobility Group, its executive management and the entire team, I thank our board members and our secretary for trusting and joining our project, which is based on moving people and empowering their freedom". "I am confident that the addition of these professionals will strengthen our ability to continue to innovate and grow efficiently in the exciting mobility market. With this step in our corporate governance, we reaffirm our commitment to transparency, accountability and sustainability in all our operations," concludes Ktiri.
