OK Mobility, the global mobility platform, announces plans to expand into the UK in 2024. This was announced during the World Travel Market (WTM) in London, which the company is attending for the third consecutive year, consolidating its participation in this world-renowned event in the travel industry held until the 8th November at London’s Excel Centre.
Othman Ktiri, CEO of OK Mobility, said, "At OK Mobility, we don't just cater to tourist mobility needs, we also accompany our customers in their mobility needs as residents. Brits are one of our top 3 customers. Hence our willingness to accompany them in their country of residence as well. In addition, our customers and #OKClubbers, who total more than 100 nationalities, have been asking us to open OK Mobility in the UK; therefore, and under our firm commitment to continue expanding our presence on a global scale, we are already considering alternatives so that OK Mobility's entry into the British market can become a reality in 2024".
The company's presence at the fair highlights the growth and development it has experienced in recent years, with a presence in 15 countries to date. As UK tourist figures begin to grow past pre-pandemic levels, it is clear that the want to visit Britain is returning, especially among European and North American Tourists. In 2022, the UK received 31.3M overseas visitors, contributing £26.5 billion to the UK economy. Over 67% (21M) of overseas visitors last year came from Europe, with the next highest being tourists from North America (5.1M).

A highlight of this year’s trade fair participation is OK Mobility's collaboration with the London taxi industry throughout November. With this, part of the city's taxi fleet will carry the OK Mobility brand, even beyond the immediate vicinity of the WTM. This partnership reflects OK Mobility's commitment to improving the mobility experience for both residents and tourists in London.

World Travel Market has established itself as one of the world's most influential and well-attended travel trade shows.
